America's second-largest reservoir just hit its lowest level ever. What percent of Lake Powell's capacity is left?

22%

Lake Powell is 22% full, down 183 feet from its high-water mark. A record-warm March melted the snowpack a month early, and bone-dry ground soaked up much of the runoff before it reached the lake. If the lake drops another 30 feet, there will not be enough water to run the turbines at Glen Canyon Dam, cutting off the power it sends to seven Western states.
