The Emmys drew 6.7 million viewers across NBC and Peacock, down 12% from last year and just over a third of the Oscars' 17.9 million. NBC moved the ceremony to a Monday to protect Sunday Night Football. Even with that smaller audience, it still won the night as 2026's most-watched Monday entertainment broadcast.
