Only 10% of US adults send voice notes multiple times a week. Texting and messaging apps reach 85%, actual phone calls 58%, and video calls 21%. Britons send more voice notes than Americans, at 15%, but make fewer phone calls, at 50%.

Voice notes still haven't caught on. Only 10% of US adults send one regularly, compared to 85% who text.
